We covered this story too. I couldn't help but feel it was a disproportionally small amount of compensation for this type of medical negligence.
I know your firm have a good reputation for clinical negligence claims. I suspect you might have secured more!
I have heard of this story too. And I don't think that amount suffice what has happened to the claimant. I think this type of medical negligence should be given that much of an attention and compensation.
